Several Problems Existing in Grain Peeling Industry

GRAIN PEELING MACHINE INDUSTRY is developing rapidly. But there still exist some problems, such as unstable grain quality, small grain processing scale, backward grain peeling level and weak innovation ability.

First of all, the raw material for domestic grain peeling industry lacks stability. In China, the grain peeling industry still stays in the stage of gap filling. The problem of dispersive planting areas and unstable yield still restricts grain peeling industry development. In addition, there has less information communication between production and business system, which may easily cause blindness in production and sales.

Next, the proportion for grain peeling industry is still low. We can process grain into various kinds of grain food, which has much higher economic benefits than unprocessed grain. In our country, grain is mostly used to produce feedstuff, alcohol and so on. This is not only unscientific, but also has low economic benefits. And grain may encounter poor sales and has less value in the farmers’ hands.

There are large quantity of unprocessed grain for export in our country, but the deep-processing products have almost no any export. Grain export has some competitive advantages in the international market, but it contains very low scientific content and we have very less grain peeling products for export. Therefore, it is really a pity that our grain peeling industry and products should have had added value for grain peeling.
